As the Chair of Governors of St Mary Magdalene Catholic Primary School, I am privileged to welcome you to our school website.  We hope as you explore the website that you find the information useful as well as enjoyable. This website celebrates our wonderful school community and pupils achievements as well as sharing with you some of the excellent opportunities that the pupils at St Mary Magdalene’s receive.

At St Mary Magdalene’s, as we grow together in faith and love we put Jesus and his teaching at the heart of everything we do.  This underpins the way we care for and support our children as well as each other. It also means that whilst we look for and expect the best possible academic success for each child, we believe that it is by sharing with parents in the development of each child’s character and their beliefs, that we set each young person on a path that will enable them to approach their future whatever that may be with confidence.

We believe that each child is a unique creation of God with talents and gifts that need to be nurtured. The school’s core values are gospel values, trust, honesty, love, peace, forgiveness, wonder, thankfulness, compassion, and hope. These are qualities we all encourage each other to develop and demonstrate towards each other.

Ofsted, our diocese and Milton Keynes education authority share our high opinion of the school and this is reflected in the wellbeing, engagement in learning and the progress our children make.
