Milton Keynes Breakers made history on Sunday evening, becoming the first Division Two side to win the Men’s National Cup since 1973, overcoming Reading Rockets 95-85 in a monumental day in the short history of the Breakers. The Breakers had to overcome three NBL Division 1 sides to reach the final recording victories over Loughborough, Worthing and Derby to reach the showpiece event in Manchester.

To celebrate, their Captain and game MVP, Jordan Spencer came into school today to hold an assembly.  They bought with them the National Cup and talked about the experiences and challenges they have faced during this run.

Here are just a selection of our angels of hope.

Thank you so much to all of you who made an angel.

We wish you all a happy and holy Christmas.
