  • School Council visit to the Houses of Parliament

    Tue 10 Jan 2023

On Tuesday 10th January our school council visited the Houses of Parliament in London.  The children were accompanied by Mrs Jones, Mrs Williams, Mr Jones and Mrs Howell.  They had a fantastic day which included a workshop to learn all about how our parliamentary system works.   The children were given a guided tour of the Palace of Westminster and even watched a debate in both the Houses of Commons and the House of Lords.  As usual the behaviour of our children was impeccable.  Many people commented on how well behaved and well informed the children were.  We were extremely proud of them.

The children themselves appreciated how very lucky they were to be given such a great opportunity and thoroughly enjoyed their day.

Our school council members:  Amelie, Charlie, Chris, Daniel, Fearne, Filip, Harley, Henry, Isabella, Teddy and Tristan
