France Trip 2016 - Day 3
The children have had another wonderful day today and once again, have been great. We began with a visit to the American war cemetery. The children saw the huge contrast between this and their visit to the German war cemetery yesterday. At least two members of the public complemented the children's respectful behaviour, we are all very proud of them. Following this, we visited the Bayeux tapestry along with a visit to the magnificent cathedral, all the children appreciated the incredible stained glass windows and history of both places. The evening was concluded with a final visit to the beach where the children had to create their individual Mont "Sand" Michel monument. The winners were Mr Fordham's "Superb Six Squad". The last half hour, the children impressed everyone with their brilliant dance moves. The children are finally fast asleep, preparing for their final day.
