Today we ventured over to Poole Quay to catch the ferry to Brownsea Island. Despite the weather, the children enjoyed exploring the island, using the resources in the science centre and looking in the bird hides. With improved weather, we were able to travel back on the top of the ferry and enjoyed the wind (and some splashed sea water) in our hair! Once back in Poole, we all enjoyed a game of bowling and arcade games. Now we are about to have dinner, pack up ready to depart tomorrow and then enjoy an evening disco!
