We had a brilliant day yesterday. We got to London with no traffic problems and went straight into the Tower of London. We found a lovely shaded spot to eat our lunch and then saw the Crown Jewels and saw all the different towers. We ended our visit with seeing the church. After this we went on our river cruise where the children saw and learnt lots about the bridges and buildings along the Thames.  We got off by Parliament and Big Ben and then made our way to the National Gallery. The children loved seeing the artwork from the artist they have been covering in class. A short walk later and we had dinner at Pizza Express which we were definitely ready for. The coach then picked us up and we went to the theatre to watch Mamma Mia. The children were singing and dancing along and some even lost their voices!  We got to the hotel and children quickly went to sleep. Today we are going to the Natural History Museum.
