This week's stories focused on chickens and hens. We followed Rosie's walk around the farmyard, considering directions and prepositions. We made little red hen bread and thought about being kind to our friends.  We told Teddy what makes us happy and we considered the nursery rules. 

We checked on how our Jack and the Beanstalk beans were growing and even measured them! We looked at how the roots are helping them to grow strong by sucking up all the water we are giving them.

The weather turned warmer this week and the children enjoyed the sun on their faces.
